Custom Orders: As our merchandise is sourced specifically for each event and client, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or branded items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement where applicable.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
