Twenty top-performing team members and their guests were invited to Cape Town for atwo-day experience designed to surprise, delight, and connect—without ever feeling likework.
We built the event around exactly that: connection. From Michelin-starred meals to curatedwine tastings with a top female winemaker, every touchpoint was designed with care. Avintage car cruise through the winelands gave guests a taste of old-world glamour—culminating in one of our favourite moments: watching guests step out into the vineyards ofBuitenverwachting, radiant in their joy, surrounded by beauty and each other.
