At Jika, we are committed to providing high-quality eco-conscious merchandise and exceptional service. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we have the following returns and refunds policy:

  • Custom Orders: As our merchandise is sourced specifically for each event and client, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or branded items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement where applicable.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
  • Return Process: If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us at emily@jikaproductions.co.za with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
